Canada’s first Indigenous Woman to earn a PhD in Astrophysics, Dr. Laurie Rousseau-Nepton, will deliver an inspiring talk to all interested Astronomy enthusiasts with a virtual visit from Mauna Kea, Hawaii. Dr. Rousseau-Nepton studies the birth of stars in galaxies beyond our own, and will share her journey into research as well as several projects to promote Inclusivity in Astronomy & Astrophysics.
