David Levy speaks at the Morgan Arboretum’s Visitor’s Centre
We had the pleasure of welcoming our RASC Montreal Centre Honourary President and Comet Hunter Dr. David Levy yesterday evening at the Morgan Arboretum of our monthly Public Lecture and Start Party. Dr. Levy entertained a full house with stories of his career in astronomy, his tumultuous history with the RASC Montreal Centre, and his discovery of comet Shoemaker-Levy 9, which famously crashed into Jupiter in 1994.
