There is a lot of chatter about the lunar eclipse of December 21, 2010 – but no, it’s not a harbinger of evil even though this event coincides with the winter solstice. Yes, it’s just a coincidence.
But if the skies over Montreal do clear up, you’ll be able to see the Earth’s shadow pass across in the early hours of Tuesday, December 21, starting at 1:33AM EST, with the totality starting at 2:41AM EST.
