The RASC Montreal Centre offers different levels of membership:
Adult Member
Adult Membership entitles you to the following benefits:
A copy of the annual Observer’s Handbook;
Six issues of SkyNews magazine – the Canadian Magazine of Astronomy and Stargazing;
Six issues of The Journal the RASC’s official publication (in electronic format);
Member discounts on other RASC publications such as the Beginner’s Observing Guide (new members only) and the Observer’s Calendar.
In addition RASC Montreal Centre members enjoy additional benefits which include:
Regular meetings and social events;
Access to our Centre library and telescope rental programme;
Our Centre newsletter highlighting local astronomy events and activities;
Participation in observing groups, certificate programmes and our mentorship programme
Fee for Adult Membership: $79
Youth Member
If you are between the ages of 16 – 21, you can sign up as a Youth Member. You enjoy the same benefits as a full adult member, but at a discounted price.
Fee for Youth Membership: $44.25
